GET HELP — MI Bridges

Access Your MI Bridges Account

If you get Medicaid or food assistance, this is where you will receive important notices. Make sure you can log in and that your information is current.

Can you login?

MDHHS sends important notices about your Medicaid to your MI Bridges account. If you can’t log in, you could miss a letter that asks you to do something by a certain date.

Follow the steps below to log in. If you forgot your user ID or password, use the links on the login page to get back in. Don’t keep guessing: too many wrong tries will lock your account.

Don’t have an account yet? Click Create an Account on the MI Bridges home page to set one up.

Update your contact information

MDHHS sends letters to the address, phone number, and email they have on file. If you’ve moved or changed your number, you could miss a notice and lose your coverage without knowing it.

Updating it takes a few minutes. Use Report Changes on your MI Bridges dashboard. This is the step that updates your Medicaid. Changing your profile only updates your login information.
